Information about the Seller and General Terms and Conditions

Goods – Artist supplies, including color and acrylic markers, colored and regular pencils, drawing paper. The goods are suitable for both children and professional artists.

These Website Terms of Use (hereinafter – Terms) are an integral part of the purchase agreement for goods/services and determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of goods, the procedure for canceling the order, the rules for returning goods, refund terms, and dispute resolution rules.

The Seller has the right to change, correct, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the laws. Such changes take effect after their publication on the Website.
The Seller has the right to change the prices indicated on the Website and/or create new paid services at any time at its discretion.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Customer, having selected the Goods, placed them in their shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, and familiarized themselves with the terms, confirms the order by marking "I agree with the terms of use" in the order confirmation window.

The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

Delivery terms and conditions

The Customer, when placing an order for goods, can choose the method of receipt:

Latvia and Estonia (1 to 4 days shipping)

Shipping using Omniva or DPD parcel machines, or Venipak courier.

Parcel shipping: 3.99 EUR

Courier: 5.99 EUR

FREE parcel delivery for orders over 50 EUR

FREE delivery in Mārupe

International (3 to 7 days shipping)

Currently, our standard shipping is available for Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain.
We are working on extending our shipping services to cover more countries/areas.

FREE delivery for orders over 75 EUR

Goods can be received in the store 1 day after receiving the payment and sending the confirmation to the Customer.

Delivery costs are not included in the indicated price of the Goods. To determine the exact delivery costs of the order, place all the Goods in the virtual cart and go to “Cart.” By selecting the delivery location, the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of the order.
If the order includes several Goods and they are not delivered simultaneously, a separate fee is calculated for each delivery, informing the Customer in advance.

The Customer makes the payment for the order:

With a bank payment card
By transfer to the bank account indicated by the Seller, indicating the order number
The Customer must make the payment to the Seller within 1 (one) business day.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer, observing the delivery times indicated in the Goods descriptions. If the delivery of the goods is delayed due to unforeseen and independent or dependent circumstances, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Customer and resolve all issues regarding the delivery of the Goods.

In cases where the Customer, upon receiving the Goods, notices that the shipment does not contain the appropriate Goods or the Goods are not of the correct size, color, or other discrepancies, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.

Return Policy

Exchange, return, and repair of goods are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "On Distance Contracts."

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days of receiving them by sending a cancellation letter to the Seller at arrtx.lv@gmail.com. The withdrawal form can be downloaded here.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete.

Goods can be exchanged for other Goods if the Goods have retained their external appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, and labeling, have not been used and/or damaged, and have not lost their appearance.

The Customer is obligated to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days after sending the cancellation letter. All expenses related to returning the Goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer. The returned goods must be delivered to the address Mazā Caunu iela 1, Lapsas, Babītes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2107, and they must be complete.

Refunds are made using the same payment method the customer used for the transaction. The Seller will refund the amount paid for the goods within 14 calendar days from the return of the Goods. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the price of the Goods and services until the Customer has returned the goods or provided proof of the return of the Goods.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer the right to withdraw or to charge a compensation fee if the Goods are damaged due to careless handling, failure to follow instructions, loss of original packaging, or significant damage to the packaging.

Dispute Resolution Rules

All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller, or in connection with the purchase of Goods, will be resolved by mutual negotiation or correspondence to reach a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, following the normative acts of the Republic of Latvia.

Complaints about the availability or quality of the goods should be submitted electronically, by sending to the email address arrtx.lv@gmail.com or in writing, sending to the address Mazā Caunu iela 1, Lapsas, Babītes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2107. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt of the complaint, and a response will be sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.
If the complaint is deemed unfounded and you disagree with the decision, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options stipulated by the normative acts.
